Ingredients
Rice Flour - 1 Cup
Split Moong Dal - 1/4 Cup
Green Chillies(Chopped) - 1 tbsp
Ginger(Chopped) - 1 tbsp
Curry Leaves(Chopped) - 1/2 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Water - 1/2 Cup
Method
1) Make a paste of green chilli & ginger.Mix this paste with 1/2 cup water and bring it to a boil.Meanwhile soak the moong dal in little water.
2) Take rice flour in a bowl.Add salt, chopped curry leaves and 1 tsp of hot oil.To this add moong dal and make a soft dough by adding boiled chilli-ginger water and keep aside.
3) Heat oil in a pan.Make small round balls(size of small melon ball).Fry these till golden brown.
4)Serve hot/cold with ketchup or tamarind chutney along with tea(chai)... :)
